So I decided to start doing things a little differently in my format in that I will do things differently, mainly for time management purposes. I will do a weekly roundup of the outfits I have posted on Instagram that week. The first one will be a weekend version of the holiday outfits I posted from the weekend.
The original sweater was from JCrew but it is no longer available. I sold out very quickly. I found this similar version at Abercrombie and Fitch. This metallic red sweater was a holiday piece at Kohl's last year by LC Lauren Conrad Runway collection. It also isn't available since it is a year old but I found a similar version at Modcloth. This is actually my Christmas Eve outfit because the colors are perfect, it is comfortable, and I had to work anyways so I had to somewhat look nice.
I wore this outfit on Saturday for an impromptu and relaxed date night out. This sweater I bought over fall at H&M and it is so flowy and comfortable. I found a similar version at Zaful for a great price. My Loft Outlet jeans have been my favorites. I seriously wear them all the time. I love the color and they are insanely comfortable with a great fit. My JCrew Factory shoes are my favorites. How adorable is the tartan plaid?!?! They also come in red as well and I was torn between both of them. There is an adorable little bow that I just can't resist. I wore them for the first time on Saturday and they were so comfortable the entire time. I just love them!
My skirt is from Target and is a perfect gold velvet. I am just in love with this skirt. Unfortunately, it is sold out but good news is I found another option at SheIn. I make alot of purchases from SheIn. I was scared at first with them being online and often coming from over seas but alot of the quality is great and sizes are typically true when you read the reviews. I have liked 95% of the items I have purchased. The prices are great and cannot be beat. This sweater was a very recent purchase from JCrew Factory. I am in love!!! It has a nice loose fit and super comfortable and is great alone or layered under a collared button down. It comes in several adorable colors. My tartan plaid shoes from JCrew Factory is back again because seriously, I just love them and are the perfect Holiday shoe!!
I found this adorable plaid wrapping paper over at Dollar Tree. I really dislike wrapping paper. I sometimes feel like it is a waste of time and money. You take all this time in wrapping and spend money on nice wrapping paper for it to be ripped apart and put in the garbage. I prefer gift bags since they can be reused. This dollar for this wrapping went a long way since all the adult gifts were able to be wrapped with it. I also will get wrapping paper at the end of the season since it is really cheap and then stock up for the next season. That is just a little money saving tip for you!
Here is one last outfit for you. This JCrew Factory sweater is top notch! It is so comfortable and warm and has the prettiest little plaid bow. It pairs so nicely with these JCrew Factory tartan plaid shoes. It might be plaid on plaid but the coloring is similar so it still works. This red skirt was a Christmas gift from my husband several years ago and from Kohl's, but it is not available anymore. I found a similar skirt from the Gap that would still work well with this sweater.
