What I've been wearing this week

Well, it is that time again.  The time to share with you all the adorable clothing I have linked and worn this past week.

First up was this puffer vest outfit.  I am recently been loving the idea of a puffer vest.  For a while I didn't like the look of them.  I"m not really sure why but it wasn't something I was interested in buying.  Lately, as I have grown and my style has changed I have been more loving this look.  It is so relaxed but it also is so functional.  For instance, when I wore this outfit on Saturday It was 50 degrees outside.  It isn't too hot where you can walk around in tees and shorts but it isn't cool enough for a winter jacket either.  I was going to a child birthday party and needed something functional.  This vest was perfect.  It kept my arms free and yet my core was insulated enough to keep me warm.  I was comfortable the entire day.  It was great!

I am in love with this plaid top.  The colors are perfect and it is actually a thinner fabric.  It is perfect for the fall or spring time when you need just a little coverage but not too thick.  It is also perfect under cardigans and sweaters that are also thick.  I know sometimes when there are too many thick layers I end up overheating.  You can pair this outfit with loafers, booties, or mules, or even sneakers.  It is such a great and versatile outfit.

If you have been following me for at least a good month or two, you will not be surprised to hear that I have been feeling plaid lately.  I love the flannel.  It is such a great versatile piece.  I like to wear it as a layering piece because it is nice and thick and warm.  It is a different option outside of the regular cardigan or a sweater. You can even wear it as a piece under a cardigan or sweater.  This turtleneck is so great! It is thin and tissue like and the perfect layering piece.  I have been wearing it under sweaters and cardigans and of course under flannels and plaids.  I wanted a touch of femininity and added these adorable mules with the cute feminine bow.  My tote bag has been my favorite piece.  I wear it everyday either for work or for personal use.  The print is no longer available but there are tons of other prints and new ones coming out for the spring.  I cannot wait to see the spring prints to come!

I wore this outfit to work one day this week.  These pants are so great.  Seriously, not only is the color just perfect but they have a great stretch to them and super comfortable.  This sweater is old from Kohl's (I found it in the clearance section during the spring time) but I linked some other adorable embroidered sweaters.  I just love how these pants match the embroidery of this sweater so perfectly.  These ballet flats from Target are super comfortable.  I know sometimes with new shoes they can cut up the back of the ankle, but not these.  I wear them all day and never experience any issues with my feet.  They are soft and cushiony and they match so many adorable outfits.  I love a great versatile shoe that I can pair with so many options.  A basic ballet flat is a must have in any woman's wardrobe and I love that these won't break the bank.

I recently bought these earrings as part of the big Loft sale where all their sale items are currently 50% off.  I couldn't decide which one I liked more, the earrings or the necklace so I just ended up buying them both! I love the rainbow colored stones.  It reminded me of confetti and I just happened to  have some laying around! I love that it would match with just about every color since almost every color is in the jewelry.

These pants again! I wore this to work this week and just love them! The color just makes me so happy in this dreary winter. This sweater was from the beginning of the season from Kohl's;  however, there are no more of them. I linked a similar version for you.  I like the looks of neck scarves with sweaters and this scarf just matches the blue so perfectly.  Plus, some crystal shoes, because crystals make everything look better.  These Target ones are just so adorable  and are comfortable enough to make it through a whole day of work!
