I don't know about you but I always enjoy the ability to wear denim to work whether it is just that Friday perk or whether it was a daily treat. I remember when denim used to be thought of as overly casual. More and more denim is becoming acceptable now that it is being paired in a professional way whether with feminine flats and a sweater, a cute blazer, or button down. A great pair of jeans can be professional and polished.
Now that the warmer months are here I tend to reach for my white denim more frequently. They have the same comfort level as a great pair of blue jeans but add an extra bit of professional flair as a pair of white jeans. Today I am sharing three styles to bring your white denim into the workplace 1. With a blazer
Adding a blazer will always up the level of sophistication of any outfit. I tend to gravitate more toward blue than black so I paired it with a blue blazer. I chose to pair it with a comfy tee underneath but if you are thinking of taking the blazer off then a nice button down or blouse would be great as well. Keeping it simple but adding a statement shoe will keep things professional.
2. With a button down and scarf

Like a blazer, a nice crisp button down always adds a touch of polish ad professionalism. I added a draped scarf for a fun statement and a bit of extra color.
3. Scarf bow and ballet flats
Sometimes a simple detail makes a big difference. Instead of a scarf being draped I just tied it into a bow. I paired it with a linen top because even a casual looking outfit could be dressed up with a simple accessory like a scarf or bow. Plus adding a ballet flat will always add a bit of extra sophistication. I have said it before and will continue saying it: a shoe can completely change the tone of any outfit.
