Amazon Keyboard cover I Ban.do colorful notebook I Ban.do card holder I Amazon glittery iPhone 8 case I Expo markers In our household, Sundays are usually the day we relax, run some errands, and the time for me to get some of my blogging done. I am a full time working mommy so I have limited time during the week. Sundays are a great time for me to prep, write my posts, edit my photos, and do some planning. Some of it isn't always the "fun" part, but I have tried to make it more fun by using some fun, colorful accessories to keep me organized. Ban.Do Notebook This notebook has been my new, go to book for organization. I recently found it on the Ban.do website. It is important for anyone to have a notebook or pad of paper handy to write notes, jot down reminders, keep kids entertained (pen and paper can work wonders, mommies), grocery lists, etc. I have recently been using mine as an idea book. I am still learning the area where I live and work (in case you are new here, we recently moved down to Savannah from Chicago but I work in the Beaufort, SC area). When I drive by or spot an area, building, or even park that inspires me and where I would like to do a photoshoot, I right it down. Usually it is the location, name of business, town, any pertinent details (maybe it was a special color or had shutters that were a special color). I have been keeping it in my purse and taking it out whenever I find that inspiration. What else is great about the notebook is that the very front has little pockets so you can put with some other papers, business cards, post it notes, etc. My favorite part has to be the adorable colors! I can't help but feel a sense of cheerfulness and joy when I see the cover. If you don't know about Ban.do, you need to check them out. They are a color lover's dream and have the most adorable desk accessories, notebooks, planners, writing utensils, but even items like shoes, shirts and lots of other accessories. I am so overwhelmed and in love with so many items. This won't be the last time you see me post about the cuteness of Ban.do items. Keyboard Cover When I saw this adorable keyboard cover on Amazon, I just couldn't resist. My computer is a Samsung Chromebook so it is only compatible for that. I did find something similar for Macbook and the Apple Magic Keyboard. It is a color lover's dream come true!
The keyboard cover is silicone and not a sticker but it sticks extremely well to the keyboard itself. It protects the keyboard keys so nicely so if I get any crumbs or food on it, I just take it off and clean it. I hate getting crumbs in between the keys and then it is impossible to clean out. This has helped solve the problem in such a cute way. Plus it helps brighten up my area and give me a little extra color inspiration as I am doing my blogging. Glittery Cell Phone Case Anything glittery, shiny, and glistening has my heart. The way it reflects in the sun is just mesmerizing. That is why I love this iPhone case. It has the cutest glitter inside. The confetti has the cutest little hearts in it mixed with the glitter and the case is an ombre pink and orange. The case comes in other color options like blue/purple ombre. The case fits the iPhone 7 and iPhone 8. In blogging, I do most of my work on my phone. I take pics with my phone, unless my husband is the photographer than it is with his phone. I do my editing with my phone. I plan my posts in my phone app. I post on Instagram with my phone. Since I am doing most of my work with my phone, I want something colorful and pretty to look at, something that will keep that colorful, girly spark alive. Dry Erase Markers We have a large dry erase marker board in our kitchen and it gets used very often. Bree likes to use it to draw pictures on. We use it for reminders and some grocery lists. I also like to use it to plan out our weekend and where we will be shooting pics at, not only for a reminder and organizational tool for myself but as a reminder for my husband. I usually have to tell him about 15 times and he still forgets so writing things down will force him to remember(ish). Making notes is much more fun in multiple colors plus it helps keeps things a bit more organized. Everything is much better in color, right? Right!
