I don't think there is any kind of fabric or design prettier than lace.  It is the epitome of vintage elegance.  I think back at possessions of my grandma and so much of it has lace details.  Whether it be in robes or nightgowns, pillows, tableclothes, or maybe even decorative pillows, lace was a part of it.  I love that, like a snowflake, there are so many different patterns to lace.  It is as if no two pieces of lace are the same.  To this day I am still drawn to the vintage essence of anything lace and am happy to find ways to incorporate it into my style so effortlessly, such as this lace top.  It is so feminine and delicate.  It is the kind of shirt that is pretty enough to pair with a nice skirt but it stands pretty enough on its own to go with a pair of white or blue denim.  See below some of my favorite lace finds.
