Fall is the time where I start dressing a bit more comfortable. I take out those chunky, soft, warm sweaters and need the perfect pairing. Denim is always a great choice. There are so many great options these days for jeans.
Traditionally I had a love/hate relationship with jeans. It has been hard to find jeans that fit well with my figure. I have wider hips, a butt that bubbles and it can be hard to fit denim in a way that works for these areas but also fits well in the hips.
These days, denim is not just the stretchy, skinny versions that used to be the most popular. I have bee loving the straight versions, jeans that have a little room for comfort or even those boyfriend jeans.
I have been sticking with the brands that I know fit. I have spoken alot about Everlane in the past. They have been reliable in their sizing with jeans that are super comfortable, comes in a variety of styles and colors, and has superb quality. JCrew has also been a favorite. They offer jeans in a variety of styles and can always be trusted with quality. Other great brands that have been go to and reliable is Madewell, Gap and even Talbots. I will admit I don't own any Talbots jeans but I own several of their pants. They have all been TTS, comfortable, classic, and perfect for anyone iwth some extra curves. Gap has been my go-to for reasonably priced jeans and basics. They offer various classic items and options for curves.
