Cardigan I Sweater I Ponte pants I Shoes I Necklace
There is a reason why anything leopard printed is so popular. It is a timeless print. Anything that I own in my closet that is animal printed in some way has been there for several years because it has not gone out of style. It is not a print I necessarily wear often but when I find a piece that is functional and versatile, I add it to my collection. I have a skirt, dress, shoes, and recently added this sweater.
This Ann Taylor cardigan was a new addition of as late and I am loving it! The spots are not the traditional black but is more of a maroon to add something different to the mix. It is warm and is a great layering option with jeans or with your workwear attire. I added with a pair of ponte pants that I have owned for a couple years now but still are available. They are another classic piece. I often wear them in place of leggings due to them being thicker and not running the risk of my undergarments showing.
Leopard print can be worn in so many ways. You can mix and match it with some color for fun colorblocking. I enjoy mixing leopard with red, green, or pink. You can add a small pop of leopard in way of a belt, shoes, or bag. Another option is to load up on the leopard print for a very sassy look.
Adding leopard to your wardrobe is very easy. A small amount can really add a major punch of sass yet it can still be sophisticated. Easy ways to add more leopard print is by adding a leopard belt to a flowy dress. Colorblocking prints is fun too such as a leopard belt and floral dress. Add a leopard bag or shoes (or both!) to a jeans and sweater look. Add a leopard sweater or blazer to your basic black work outfit. Any of these options will turn a few more heads.
See below for some of the leopard options I am loving right now.
