Here we are almost a month away from the month of love. I won’t say it is a month I necessarily love. Being from the north, it was always the coldest month with the most snow and bitter temps. It always felt the longest despite it being the shortest. I typically never celebrated or cared much for Valentine’s Day since I have gotten older. I have been trying to celebrate just a little bit more with my daughters.
Aubrey really enjoys picking out Valentine’s Day, putting them together and receiving some. My husband usually picks up a gift for the girls and they like it and appreciate it. Being married, we know who are valentine’s are and don’t feel we need this day to celebrate but we try to celebrate with and for the girls.
I recently spotted this adorable Loft tee and just had to have it. How cute are the pink stripes?! I wore it this past weekend when the weather was beautiful and we were able to spend some time outside downtown. It fits great! It isn’t too loose but it also not fitted. You could wear it dressed down with a pair of jeans or add a cute simple skirt with it to wear to the office.
